3.4 Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

4. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

4.1 Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping timelines may vary.

4.2 Returns & Refunds:

  • Tops: Return or exchange within 7 days from delivery.
  • Bottoms: Return or exchange within 3 days from delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

4.3 Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Ownership:
