At Evolucion, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you safely, securely, and on time. Please review our detailed Shipping Policy to understand our shipping terms, processing times, delivery timelines, and associated costs.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our reach and will update our customers when international shipping is available.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1 Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment verification.
- Orders placed before 1 PM IST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.2 Order Delays
- In case of unexpected delays due to high order volumes, public holidays, unforeseen weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions, we will notify you via email or SMS.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at support@wearevolucion.com for assistance.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order Value: Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount.
- Delivery Location: Remote locations may have additional shipping costs.

- The above timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
- You can track your order directly on the Evolucion website or through the courier partner’s website.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact support@wearevolucion.com.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, it will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges of ₹100 will be applicable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address entry by the customer.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
7.1 Order Modification
- Once an order is placed, modifications (such as address changes, size changes, or product swaps) must be requested within 12 hours by emailing support@wearevolucion.com.
- After the order has been dispatched, modifications are not possible.
7.2 Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@wearevolucion.com.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
8.1 Damaged Packages
- If you receive a damaged package, please email us at support@wearevolucion.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product/package within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
8.2 Lost Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or building security.
- If still not found, report the issue to support@wearevolucion.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner.
8.3 Stolen Packages
- Evolucion is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but have been stolen after delivery. However, we will assist you in filing a complaint with the courier service.
9. Bulk Orders & Corporate Orders
- For bulk orders or corporate gifting inquiries, please contact us at support@wearevolucion.com to discuss shipping timelines and rates.
10. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please review the terms below before placing an international order:
- Shipping Timelines: International orders are typically delivered within 12 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays with international logistics.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at actuals based on the destination, order weight, and courier rates. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp with the applicable shipping fee and payment link before dispatching your order.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid directly to the local authorities or courier at the time of delivery.
- Order Tracking & Support: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
